Introduction of the e-portfolio from August 2011

Registering with the e-Portfolio

ALL trainees should register with the college for access to the e-portfolio by August 2011

Workplace Based Assessments

All WBAs from August 2011 should be completed on-line using the e-portfolio.

Training record books (orange – core; blue – intermediate; green – higher/advanced).

Continue as before using the ‘Knowledge/Skills’ checklist and ‘Completion of unit of training’ sign-off for each module, as well as the ‘Summary of Completed Units’ page at the front of the training record books.

(As the e-portfolio is developed more of these will be recorded on-line in due course).

Structured Training Report (Educational Supervisors Report)

Prior to your next ARCP (after August 2011) your Structured Training Report (Educational Supervisors Report) should be completed on-line by you and your educational supervisor on the e-portfolio.
